Due to COVID-19 virus the primary has been moved to Tuesday June 23 2020. Voters are encouraged to cast absentee ballots for the May 19 election and June 23 primary. You can request an absentee ballot online, for more information see Absentee Voting on the VA Department of Elections site with the online forms here.
